Each distinct vendor entity in your Magnitude roster counts as one vendor. Subsidiaries of the same parent company each count separately if you want separate monitoring records for them. If you prefer to monitor a corporate family as a single entity, you can configure them as one record with subsidiary aliases, which counts as one vendor against your plan limit.

Yes. Upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with prorated credit for the current month. Downgrades also take effect at the next billing cycle. We do not lock you into annual commitments at the Monitor or Manage tiers; month-to-month billing is the default. Annual commitment pricing is available on request and is 20% below the monthly rate.

No setup fee on any plan. Onboarding sessions are included in the monthly price. For Manage and Enterprise plans, this includes hands-on integration setup with your existing tools (Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). We bill first month at signup and monthly thereafter.

Monitor and Manage plans operate under our standard Terms of Service. No separate contract is required. Enterprise plans require a signed Order Form and MSA, which we can typically turn around in 5 to 10 business days. Enterprise customers can also request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for GDPR or state-law compliance purposes, even for US-based vendors.

We are in early access. Teams that join now are locking in the prices shown on this page. When we move to general availability, we will raise prices for new customers. Early-access customers stay at the rate they signed up at for the lifetime of their account, as long as they remain active. This is not a promotional rate with an expiration; it is your permanent rate as a founding customer.

You will see a warning in the Magnitude dashboard when you are within 5 vendors of your plan limit. You can upgrade at any time to accommodate more vendors. If you reach the limit, new vendors added to the roster go into a pending state and are not actively monitored until you upgrade or remove an existing vendor. Existing monitored vendors and their alert history are not affected.
